1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website or engaging WebiZons for web architecture, custom development, or technical support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Our Services WebiZons provides high-performance web architecture, API and CRM integrations, server-level debugging, and automated ticketing systems. We focus on root-cause analysis and technical execution. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work for each client.

3. Client Responsibilities To ensure smooth strategic execution, clients agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, including hosting environments, WordPress administrative accounts, API documentation, and feedback. Delays in providing necessary access may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Upon full payment for our services, the client retains ownership of the final customized code and assets developed specifically for their project. WebiZons retains the right to use underlying, pre-existing frameworks, proprietary code libraries, and general knowledge used to build the solution. We also reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and case studies, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.

5. Payment Terms Payment structures (such as upfront deposits, milestone payments, or monthly retainers for support portals) will be detailed in your service agreement. Because our services involve dedicated engineering time and custom technical development, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability WebiZons engineers digital ecosystems to the highest standards. However, we are not liable for system downtime, data loss, or business interruptions caused by third-party software updates, core WordPress changes, external plugin conflicts occurring after project handover, or server outages beyond our control.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Maharashtra, India. WebiZons and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
